White Bean Relish Recipe – Pickled Beans Recipe

Pickled beans recipe ingredients:
- 1 1/2 kilogram white kidney beans
- 1 1/2 kilogram sweet peppers (green, red, yellow), diced
- 1 kilogram tomatoes, sliced
- 1 big onion, chopped
- 1 garlic bulb, minced
- 200 ml vinegar
- 250 ml oil
- 150 grams sugar
- 50 grams salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves, chopped
White bean relish recipe instruction:
Cook and drain white kidney beans.
Chop the onion, fry it in little oil, add diced peppers and keep fry them for few minutes to soften. Add tomatoes in it as well and fry them for few minutes more.
Add cooked and drained beans in vegetables and fry them all together for 20 minutes.
In the end, add garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar, rest of the oil and parsley leaves in the vegetable mix and cook it for 10 minutes more.
Pour hot bean relish in warm clean jars. Adjust caps over jars and process for 20 minutes in boiling water bath.
Sweet Relish Recipe – Pickled Fennel Recipe

Pickled fennel recipe ingredients:
- 3 fennels
- 500 ml water
- 100 ml vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoon salt (or according to your taste)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 3 chili peppers
- 3 garlic cloves
- dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper seeds
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
Sweet relish recipe instruction:
Wash, clean and cut fennels into pieces. Cook them in water with 1 pinch of salt to boil for 5 minutes and drain them.
Cook water, vinegar, sugar and salt to boil for 5 minutes.
Arrange drained fennels, chili peppers, sliced lemon, garlic cloves and dill weed alternately in warm and clean pickle jars.
Sprinkle pepper and mustard seeds over vegetables and pour hot vinegar mix over them.
Adjust caps over jars and process for 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
Celery Relish Recipe – Pickle Celery Recipe With Celery Stalks

Pickle celery recipe ingredients:
- 1 kilogram celeries
- 5 garlic cloves
- Celery stalks, sliced
- 250 ml vinegar
- 250 ml water
- 20 grams salt
- 10 grams sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Celery relish recipe instruction:
Cook equal parts of water and vinegar, add salt and sugar and let them boil for few minutes. Cool it.
Clean celeries, cut them in slices and cook them in water with 1 pinch of salt to boil for 5-10 minutes to soften. Drain them.
Arrange slices of celeries in clean and dry pickle jars together with celery stalks, cleaned garlic cloves, bay leaves and mustard seeds.
Pour cooled vinegar mix over celeries, seal the jars and store your pickled celery in cool and dark place.
