<ul>
<li>2 kilograms sweet red peppers</li>
<li>50 ml olive oil</li>
<li>50 ml vinegar</li>
<li>5 garlic cloves, minced</li>
<li>pinch basil (dried of fresh)</li>
<li>pinch salt</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Refrigerator pickle recipe instruction: </strong></p>
<p>Mix olive oil, vinegar, garlic, pinch of basil and good pinch of salt. Refrigerate it till you bake peppers.</p>
<p>Wash peppers and bake them whole in the pan, in preheated oven to 350°C for about 30 minutes. Turn peppers on the other side and bake them for 25 minutes more. Cool them for half hours.</p>
<p>Peel the skin from baked peppers, clean them from the seeds, chop them into strips and dip them into vinegar mix. Stir them gently.</p>
<p>Store your baked pickled peppers in refrigerator.</p>
