<li>2 cups vinegar</li>
<li>1 cup water</li>
<li>1 1/2  tablespoons salt</li>
<li>2 shallots, chopped (or small onions)</li>
<li>1 garlic clove, chopped</li>
<li>2 chili peppers</li>
<li>2 bay leaves</li>
<li>1 teaspoon dried thyme</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>How to make pickled eggs recipe instruction: </strong></p>
<p>Cook eggs to boil for 15 minutes. Cool them and place the peeled hard boiled eggs in the large jar.</p>
<p>Separately, cook vinegar, water and salt with shallots, garlic, chili, bay leaves, thyme and caraway seeds. Let them boil for 10 minutes in low temperature. Cool it.</p>
<p>Pour cooled vinegar mix over eggs, seal the jar and store it in refrigerate for at least 2 days before eating.</p>
