- 30 sweet red peppers
- 250 ml vinegar
- 250 ml water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper seed
- 2 bay leaves
- 500 grams Dijon mustard
- 250 ml oil

Cut peppers into strips.

- 4 kilograms bell pepper
- 1 kilogram carrots
- 150 grams garlic, minced
- 200 grams salt
- 300 grams sugar
- 1 liter vinegar
- 1 1/2 liter oil

Clean and shred carrots in small pieces.
