  • 4 kilograms bell pepper
  • 1 kilogram carrots
  • 150 grams garlic, minced
  • 200 grams salt
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 1 liter vinegar
  • 1 1/2 liter oil

Wash and hollow out bell peppers and clean them from seeds.

Clean and shred carrots in small pieces.
